Ordering and Payment

Payments are accepted in the form of PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Payment is processed at the time of purchase and an e-mail confirmation detailing items and billing/shipping information will be sent upon completion of order. E-mail address provided during checkout must be accurate to receive confirmation and updates.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy very seriously. We will never share any of the information you provide to us (including your name, address, email address, phone number, etc.) with anyone. All of the information that we collect will only be used to complete your order with us. We will never send you unsolicited communication.

Shipping and Handling Policy

All orders are shipped from the United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS) by default. International orders may also be shipped via FedEx if selected during checkout.

Orders are processed within 3 days of purchase, with the exception of Pre-Order items. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the distance it needs to travel, and may be reviewed prior to completion of checkout. Delivery Confirmation (tracking) numbers are issued for all packages.

Domestic orders (US) may take up to 1 week to arrive. International orders may take up to 3-6 weeks to arrive.

International orders may incur import fees, duties, customs, or VAT charged by the receiving country. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a return or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless damage or loss has occurred during shipping. Returned items must be in original unused and undamaged condition with original packaging. Returned items that do not meet these qualifications will not be accepted. The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.

For exchanges, returned items must be in the same condition as described above and may be exchanged for other items up to identical value, with store credit issued for the difference of lesser value items. Extra shipping charges may apply to ship exchange items. To make a return or exchange, please contact us with your order number and request.

For damaged or defective items, read below.

Lost, Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Merchandise will be replaced or refunded including shipping charges if the product is defective or damaged. Items may be required to be returned before a refund or a replacement is sent. If your package arrives damaged contact us immediately and keep all shipping materials including the box or envelope and all contents. Send pictures of the damage if possible to expedite the process.

Lost packages will be replaced provided the shipping address submitted at time of purchase was absolutely correct. Please contact us if your package has not shown up within the designated time frame and you believe it is lost. Lost packages are subject to verification. If your item is returned due to an incorrect address you may contact us to have the item reshipped, but Faecakes is not responsible for lost packages due to errors in shipping address provided by customer. You may be charged an additional shipping fee to resend the item to the correct address.
